Have another Referendum, until you get the result you want.

I think they should hold a referendum to decide if they should hold another one.

I blame referenda for everything now. Like not doing the washing up. I tell my wife I had a referendum and 100% of the people that were at home voted against washing the dishes.

She's only got 1 name on the petition so f**k her.

Not surprising news at all given what Sturgeon has been saying.
She has been rattling on with her "Anti-Toery" rhetoric. All the "Toeries" fault....

Evidence shows that a clear majority oppose another referendum but are totally ignored by Sturgeon.

Or to put another way, Ingelaand could totally fck Scotland,...and not just at Rugby and soccerball

North Sea Oil: who exploited that ? Who employs Scottish workers ?

Territorial fishing rights : given to the EU

Andy Murray : where was he schooled in tennis from aged 10 ? Wimbledon, that famous Scottish town.

Otherwise all Scotland has is the Whisky business which is fuelled by the highest concentration of alcoholics per capita.

Sturgeon is an annoying wee beastie, constantly jumping up and down "look at me, look at me". Hopefully she gets her wish, the silent majority say "No" and she is booted into oblivion.

It's win/win for England. In the space of a couple of years, we can rid ourselves of the responsibility of funding not one but two failing socialist 'utopias'.

Independence will be Sturgeon's very own Darien adventure.

Or more to the point, I think it's lose lose for Sturgeon. A yes vote and I think she'll end up with an isolated state with nothing to offer Europe, a no vote and she's got to f*ck off.

That, of course, would be a welcome by-product.

Best of all, the Scottish MP's will be booted out of Westminster.

Perhaps we can rebuild Hadrian's wall Trump style.

It will be interesting as the fundamentals of the environment have changed.

The SNP got to campaign for a border-free country that would keep the pound and have economic influence last time.

But if they vote to leave and the UK does leave then it loses that border-free existence and loses the pound (or the ability to exert any control over its own currency if it retains, and then can't stay in the EU)

You mean get the Scottish to pay for it? I think they'd be more willing than the Mexicans.

I do realise I am over-simplifying the knock on impacts of the Scottish referendum, but I still can't look past it going badly for Nicola Sturgeon and the SNP regardless of the result. But on the flip side, what's the point of the SNP if it's not to push for independence? The same critique that has been applied to UKIP post Brexit.
