The reason Sammy Lee says he shouldn't need telling how to apply himself is because a) he should've been told before. b) Sammy Lee had Ronny Moran as coach at Liverpool and after his passing a week ago I got to learn of what he expected and made clear to all players joining Liverpool or the 1st team squad. Home truths need to be said at times and some cannot do it to modern day millionaire footballers or footballers at all.
