Would you take it at the end of the season ?
The way wilf is playing at the moment I really believe that he will be gone by the summer and good luck to him he deserves it ,but yes I would take victor , but couldn't really see this still happening though!

We really have to try and overcome this victim mentality. Why wouldn't we want to keep Wilf? He's having the best season of his career, the premier league allows us to compete on wages so assuming we're willing to pay, why wouldn't he want to stay and compete with Palace?
Moving to Chelsea, would that necessarily advance his career? The way tbings stand his profile has never been higher with every major newspaper running big stories on him twice in the last week. He's in a great place at the moment and suddenly we're looking like the squad that thought it was fighting for the top six.
I would think everything possible will be done to retain him. We can't just assume we're the same old Palace willing to let the 'top clubs' asset strip us every time they see fit.

Listen up...

We keep Wilf AND sign Mamma do.

Everything else is a bonus.

That's it, back to your Sunday afternoon activities.

Then we'd be making the same mistake as we made when we sold Bolasie; failing to sign a replacement. I would very much like to sign Sakho, but not at the expense of replacing Zaha (supposing he does leave).

In answer to the original question, no I wouldn't entertain a swap for Moses as, however good he may be, we'd be being short-changed on the deal. Zaha is worth more, especially to us, than Moses valuation.

I agree with you about needing a replacement for Wilf but whose actually out there. Sakho good to be transfer target number 1. We missed out on redmond a couple of years ago. Oxlade chamberlain wants to leave.

Redmond? Wouldn't be very excited about that now. Oxlade Chamberlain, if he leaves, will go to a top four club; he's not going to improve his international chances with us.

I agree. Everyone seems to have accepted that Wilf will leave. He's had a taste of life with a "big" club and it didn't work out. We need to offer him a new improved deal and convince him to stay.

Would never happen, chelsea wouldn't let go of Moses. Secondly, Zaha has been bitten before, he may be reluctant to leave so soon.

I want him to do a Wrighty, give us one more year - to show he truly can sustain the standard he now has, to hone his skills and better exposure.

He's young, still has time, his focus i would expect would be Russia 2018 - perform well there or i the lead up to that and he can engineer a move.

Zaha is not replaceable he is unique and must stay at all costs .As far as I'm concerned he goes nowhere .

Moses has had a stop ,start career going on loan with varying success and has finally got himself a place in the first team at Chelsea as a wing back . Good luck to him but he is no Zaha .

And we still need a striker

I don't agree with players holding clubs to ransom, but with Wilf I truly believe we ought to offer him anything he asks for when it comes to convincing him to stay. Perhaps appease him with some release clauses that would assure him he'd not end up in a team that's going nowhere.
