Anyway, there are 600,000 empty properties in the UK (including the one between your ears when posting your 'racey' diatribes) with many in a bad state. What is so wrong with 'developing' them?

I have no problem with the concept of property development, the practice less so. However, I would have thought that you would have a massive problem with. Unscrupulous developers pushing up property prices, buy to let landlords squeezing renters and also accumulating portfolios of multiple dwellings when many have none. However, it does appear that 'principle' and practice with you are two very different things and that you don't do as you say. Still, at least you have admitted your property development activities with the above post. Kudos for acknowledging what you do rather than lie about it.
