Don't think this has been posted.

MSN Sport have their own survey regarding the best experience at EPL grounds, and rank them accordingly.

Guess what,we came out bottom.

"Despite the ‘ultras’ and the Crystals, the views at Selhurst Park are poor and the atmosphere is a bit drab."

That's the way we like it.

Sorry I can't post link.

Depends on what your looking for really.

If you want the new shiny, corporate feel of a football ground, with the prawn sandwich brigade, tourists and people being told when to wave the flag (Chelsea)there are plenty of grounds to choose from.

I'm old style, love the old grounds,Palace and Burnley (cant think of any other Prem grounds like them) Spam had a good old ground, now they are in that shyte place.

The answer is obviously the Amex. It may not be PL (yet), but it's always been Premier League-ready

Bexley Dave

Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing!

I make you right fella ,"the best experience " !!! what a load of boll0cks , I found it very noticeable how atmosphere at grounds in the prem had got worse since our last stint up . I always liken the emirates , Stamford bridge et al to being at the theatre and being at selhurst to a raucous gig

The trouble is that it was PL ready 5 seasons ago. Now they have to make upgrades, at least to the floodlights when they are promoted.

For me, a ground like Everton's is the best as it has both the traditional parts and the newer parts. Unfortunately they are desperate to move away from Goodison.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Anyway, the best experience tends to coincide with a win. I loved WBA this season, fantastic day out. Other seasons it hasn't been so good.

and there is the rub , people who talk about " the match day experience " arent emotionally invested , they might be 3 nil down but as soon as a player comes over to take a corner they are pointing their phone and taking pictures

A ground like ours will never have the best experience for these corporate w*nkers from big clubs, or tourists. We don't have fans who are told when to wave flags, we have fans that actually sing, we are not based in an affluent area and we propably have a sh*t selction of prawn sandwiches.

Spot on. "Best experience" is entirely subjective...

What about Goodison or the Hawthorns, they have both been around more than 100 years and still have a great experience and atmosphere. Also, anyone who says we have a drab atmosphere has obviously never been to game, because we have the loudest stadium in the premier league!

Speroni would've saved it!

Right. Monday night at Selhurst was absolutely rocking, but sucked if you're a Gooner.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.
