Really, would wager most come from Croydon and were born in the UK.

The players he means. More than half are from overseas.

I think we have an above average UK national (and Ireland) players, but certainly a large number of our key players are not UK nationals - and that's definitely been an increasing percentage since reaching the top flight.

Are you saying that the history of the Klan, as a racist, protestant, white supremacist group is not well documented and established - and its an organisation will a well established history of orchestrating hate.

So having the organisation open a office next door or across the road, would for me be problematic, as the problem isn't that their white, or American, Romanian or whatever but effectively a terrorist organisation that promotes hate and violence.

Which I think is very reasonable.

I think what I'm trying to illustrate, albeit with a ridiculous comparison, is the selective and sometimes political nature of prejudice. There are also long established traits among other groups that would be considered undesirable but would also be considered 'racist' when discuss openly in the new world order.

CPFC is an example of multi-culturalism.

The people on here abusing Mrs Abbot because she is black are the same people who worship their black idols Sakho and Zaha.

What have they in common with CPFC and its values.

My Cousin is a big Britain First supporter and an Uncle is a BNP member, I don't have an issue with them, just their politics, it makes for some heated discussions - Because they're not unreasonable people, and some of their issues seem reasonable to me (I think they're wrong, but more because their concern is the symptom, rather than the cause).

I wouldn't want to live next door to a Romanian Death Metal Band, because of the noise (same way I didn't move into a house because the neighbours had a young kid and another due) - Pretty reasonable - I'm a night owl and can be a noisy neighbour, and kids are noisy during the day (and night with babies).

The key between being discriminatory is 'reasonable' concerns. Not wanting to live next door to people because they're Romanian is a bit racist because it seems rather unreasonable (and specific - is it just Romanians Mr Farage?)

Has someone on here abused Mrs Abbot for being black? How were they not red carded?

Probably Corbyn, although I think it was consentual abuse.

I don't think anyone has an issue with Abbot because she's black, more because she's a shrill, publicity seeking c**t who has more race cards than a Grand National Trainer

I've seen her abused because she's made comments about white people that, if tables were turned, would have everyone screaming "racist". I've seen her abused for hypocrisy regarding grammar schools. I've seen her abused for doing the business with Corbyn. But I don't remember her ever getting abuse on this forum for being black.

Have I found some "fake news" here?

In the end it comes down to self preservation, and whether you like it or not, preconceptions play a part in that. They exist for a reason.

Preconceptions are socially and psychologically constructed though, they aren't inherently natural, and they're also not defining. For the most part they are 'learned behaviours from our social environment and upbringing'. i.e. we learn most of our preconceptions initially from sources we trust, and then increasingly from our own experiences.

If we don't challenge our preconceptions, we stagnate. Preconceptions exist because it increases the speed of efficiency with which the human brain reacts in a primitive environment, not because its more accurate. In a primal environment, that's a benefit. In modern society it isn't.

But Preconception (and all apriori knowledge) are not hard coded, by develop based on our experiences related to them and they become enhanced by those experiences.

Prejudices do have a cognitive function, but those functions develop according to how we experience difference between our preconceptions and our experiences.

I'd argue that most people barely thought about Romanians prior to this thread.

Me neither and if I had, it would have been a yellow, or a straight red.

Have not read anyone abusing Abott because she is black. She gets abuse because she is a complete and utter corrupt f***wit.
