The 3 teams below us, have all got very winnable games on Saturday.
Hull - Watford
Swansea - Stoke
Bournemouth - Boro
With Watford & Stoke both safe & Boro virtually down.

I note that Stoke have not scored at all in their last 5 'Away' games.

Watford and Stoke will be playing for top ten finish and will not be as easy as people may think.

That is how we would be viewing the fixtures against them if they were playing us.

It can be quite hard to motivate the players when you've hit the safe zone, WBA have lost their last 3 games.

Indeed - and haven't scored in their last 4 games.
Motivation and end-of-season fatigue can influence results.

As Sam said when he arrived, it's about who can handle the pressure. I think Hull can, whereas Swansea seem in free fall after their new manager bounce. I think Hull will get a result but I think Stoke will beat Swansea (Hughes will not be happy with Stoke's recent form).

For me hull and Bournemouth are irrelevant. As long as Swansea fail to win (a draw doesn't help them). It's another game tick off. With 4 remaining. Say Swansea achieve a draw and we lose. It's 6 pts plus goal difference clear. They can't overtake us until 3 games. Leaving us to gain points against Burnley or hull.

West Brom were virtually guaranteed their top ten place and have no chance of finishing any higher, so will have been more relaxed. They have a chance of losing their top ten place now so may have to step it up again which would be good news for us if they need something to stay top ten in last game of season v Swansea.

I'm expecting all 3 to win this weekend but one will probably only draw, could do with it being Swansea. If we can get a point from either Spurs or Liverpool and win against Burnley then we'll be sorted.

"We have been labelling these scumbags as 'Greedy B*stards' for some time now and urging them to 'Get out of Our Club' so a similar protest with a 'softer' message of 'Greedy Pigs' would attract maximum media coverage"

Looks like the Swansea forum has its own Willo

I must say I do find the posts on HOL to be easier to read and comprehend than those on the Swansea forum. Not meant as an anti-Welsh comment or anything; just praise for the clarity of yer average HOL scribe.
