One of those weird things, you can be fit as f**k, and be more at risk from a heart attack, if you have even minor defects that the normal population would never be at risk of, because of the extra strain you put on it.

RIP

Premature death is rarely cause by coronary heart disease in the young and fit, It is usually some sort of fatal arrhythmia or congenital problem. Obviously I don't know what happened in this case.
To put it in perspective, my step mother has had an arrhythmia for several years and leads a relatively normal life.
