We all know Big Sam is a quality manager, but he has also brought in real quality with his coaching staff. We must give a mention to Sammy Lee who was a real bundle of energy on Sunday at Anfield, constantly barking out orders. No disrespect to the likes of Keith Millen and Andy Woodman, but i'm sure the new coaching team has contributed to our amazing form. Obviously we have some really talented players who had been under-achieving, but the confidence they have got from training under our new regime is significant

I liked Keith Millen and he seemed a thoroughly nice chap, but I am starting to think the sentimental persistence in keeping him employed to assist various managers was a real mistake.

Keith helped the managers after Holloway get a handle on things ASAP. Where super al went badly wrong was sacking Ben Garner and bringing in Salako. And then there's Andy Woodman. Wtf?

I'm not saying Keith didn't provide a good service to the club of course. I definitely recognise that. I was even sad when he went. But we do have a massive improvement on him now I'd say.
