Mine is a big slice of humble pie. I wasnt a fan of SA before he came to palace but Ive obviously warmed up to him so much that the oven is on the hottest setting thawing out the ole humble pie. Also applies to BENTEKE who now seems to have found form just before its too late. Buuuuurp ! Lovely bit of pie that. COYP

If you thaw something out by putting it in the oven at gas mark 9 what you will get is a lot of ashes and soot surrounding a block of ice.

Given my 50 plus waistline it is easier to ask which kind of pie I am not eating
So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

I thought Allardyce would work out as it's ended up proving, I wasn't that excited by him coming here as I thought we'd be good enough to stay up once we got rid of Pardew, I'm more excited about the development of the side and the infrastructure if he stays and builds for 2/3 years here. Did get a bit jittery around February but I think we all did. I've had to eat humble pie about Hennessey. A little on Tomkins who's improved massively since the Sunderland and Stoke games, though I still have a few reservations about him. I feel justified in my defence of Benteke and Kelly when both were getting slated by many on here.
