Of course he won't.

He has massive offers with some of the biggest clubs in the world coming his and Liverpool's way.

I think he is pretty happy here, if we offer enough I'm sure he could be persuaded.

I suspect he's enjoying the lack of pressure (on him) and the overall atmosphere at the club. Next season, he's going to be with whichever team offers him and Liverpool the most money.

I say this without animosity; but it's naïve of us to think that he'll take a discount to stay in South London if, say, PSG or Monaco come for him.

Also, don't forget that the substance ban cloud has been well and truly lifted. He'll be on everyone's radar.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

Sadly, no. He will have even better offers than us.

I think - hope - that some players want to start all the time and don't want to find themselves sitting on the bench for ages every time they get a knock or have a bad day at the office. If you want to get picked for your country that situation doesn't help.

If he wants to get the attention of Les Bleues the best thing he can do is carry on doing what he's doing. If he wants to sit on his arse he can do that at Old Trafford. I don't get the impression that sitting on his arse is his cup of tea.

When Palace played Liverpool the commentator, Jaime Carragher (honestly aN EX-Liverpool man commentating!), kept saying all Liverpool need is a decent centre back. I'm afraid, in Sakho they have a very decent one.
Can Palace pay the same wages, or more that or he teams can offer?
How settled is Sakho in Liverpool..has he family settles there?
His connection with Benteke is a useful, and there Papa another Frenchman a at the club.
And Palace can guarantee first team football.
A mixed answer.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Part of him will want to stay i reckon, the camaraderie and pull of London, but it is highly unlikely given the quality and facilities and European football that so many bigger clubs can offer.
