Ideally we need a young keeper with potential as our 3rd choice but cant complain as Jules being our number 3. Gives us another season to scout for a keeper 'for the future'.

[/quot Can't see Hart going from City to Palace. Been mentioned with a host of top clubs. Defintely need a new keeper though, moment in the second half where Wayne came out diving and completely missed the ball, like he does on numerous occasions. Would love Schmeichel, not gonna happen, I thought Mandanda would do well but if he doesn't want to be here then that's his perorgative.

Fans' favourite and club legend Julian Speroni has signed a new one-year deal to keep him at Crystal Palace. The Advertiser revealed just last week that the veteran goalkeeper, who has not made a Premier League appearance this season, with his playing time limited to two FA Cup starts, was set to stay with the club for another season. And following the Eagles' survival today, thanks to a 4-0 hammering of Hull City, which sent the Tigers down, manager Sam Allardyce revealed the much-loved keeper has put pen to paper on the new deal. During his post-match press conference, Allardyce was asked if, now their Premier League future was sealed, it would mean a few goodbyes to certain players, like Speroni. Eagles chief Parish wants the 38-year-old to remain at Selhurst Park. "Julian has signed a new contract because he's very important to the club," Parish told Holmesdale Radio. "Whether it's as a no.1 or a supporting player, he's great to have around the place. He's so positive, a fantastic character, and we all felt we owed him that. "We always rely on him when he comes in, we're never in any doubt he gives us a good performance. That was one we wanted to do. Everything else is for me and Sam [Allardyce] to sit down and talk through when the season is over."

Jules penalty save against Burnley at 0-0 was the best I have ever seen. I think Warnock was in charge and could hardly believe it.
