I'll take that back, as the offer wasn't in writing and contractually assured. Sounds like the guy was subject to a hostile working environment. Plus if I'm making you 180,000 in sales, I'd want a bit more than just a blow job. Weekly, or some serious back door action.

Oh come on guys if a bloke offered to finger one of his female members of staff for reaching a sales target there would be uproar. Quite rightly. However, there can be a male group culture (David Moyes suggesting that a lady was on the way to qualifying for a slap) which can be restricted in many ways. With more equality both sexes could in public state that they are wonderful and offer themselves to encourage a member of the other gender - not nice. We all know that offering favours one to one within four walls is often beneficial.
