Hopefully it's about 30million it won't be as much as the last 2 Windows but you can't buy much with 10 million nowadays

This 40m is a presumption going by parish radio interview that when Sam discussed potential new signings. With Sam wanting Sakho plus one. I would say 40m is the max but nowadays average players are overpriced, it's a difficult market.
