With the 'big' announcement expected tomorrow, I wonder if our new manager already has plans in place for the start of the new season?

With regards to training, tactics, players he wants to bring in etc...

Has he secretly met the backroom staff and asked them to prepare things?

You would think something like this takes weeks to sort.

I have no idea how these things work - Just interested

I think it will the same old same old preparation to our fifth premier season as it has been the last four.
How do we do it ? Fifth season and still look like the new boys .
