I would want a few signings,we need to strengthen more than one area.

This is not an option due to our lack of strikers. At the minimum 1 is required, personally I would say 2 which might well put the mockers on a move for Sakho. I don't see us buying him outright but a season long loan move with a permanent move at the end of the season, placing the fee over 2 seasons would be ideal for us but not necessarily the Scousers. This would give us more money in the kitty now to bring in other players.

We need strikers. We cannot live with the current situation regarding the strike force, so far that reason, in your example we have to go with other options. I think Sakho was a rock and really changed the confidence level of the other lads, which was the biggest thing he did. If we could bring him in he could elevate the likes of Dann and co to new heights. That said, we have a seriously undermanned strike force and need to get at least 2 in.

Your so right. Sakho isn't enough. Only if he plays most games. In the real world something will go wrong at one point and we'll lose pace
