Very skillfull attacking winger and has played in the 3-4-3 formation. Could be a case on getting him on loan with option to buy. He's Dutch, only 22 fits the new criteria. He's a young footballer who may have been able to get away with a lackadaisical attitude in the Dutch league but that doesn't mean he can't or won't knuckle down and work harder. At the start of last season I thought Townsend showed little to no effort to do his defensive duties and I was worried about his attitude, by the end of the season he was among the hardest working players on the pitch every week. All I'm really saying is, attitude shouldn't be something we make decisions on when we don't fully know an individual's actual drive and desire to improve.

Attitude can obviously be the making or breaking of a player no matter the talent however I wouldn't say that it was unchangeable.
