FDB and his 'philosophy' or 3-4-3 isn't working and although he has started to make amendments at half time etc... it doesn't suit with the players he has... However he's too blinded by his own sense of worth/ajax success to go to the obvious 4-2-3-1 formation which our squad is built for. For our squad to not even register a goal in 3 games is a joke!!!

I think we give another 3 games maximum before firing and then bring in the Doug as caretaker and to go back to basics and explosive counterattack football.

If FDB can eat some humble pie and set us up properly we may get a change in fortunes... But has he already lost the dressing room and Selhurst?

How can anyone take you seriously when you include such tripe in your post.

Isn't that rather like saying that instead of posting on one of the many other threads you chose to start yet another on the same subject due to your inflated sense of your own importance

@Midlands Eagle.... You obviously don't have a scooby about what's going wrong at our club.

De boer has been here two months and the top boss Parish has been here 87 months. There's a scooby for you to contemplate.

I personally think SP has alarm bells ringing and got DF in as a back up plan.DF will have say on transfers in and out as director of football. 3 more games without a win and I can't see Fdb being here. The body language of the players tells me all I need to know.

I would take DF and a steady 4-4-2 right now

This roller coaster I am on just won't stop.

I think midlands eagle is pointing out that there are already plenty of threads for people to moan about FDB and part of your op makes wild assumptions about a FDBs character.
Unless you know him personally or what was asked of him when he arrived at the club then you should perhaps cut him some slack.

Or has confidence in the way he likes to see his teams play. Parish employed him to undertake this transition, remember. If you buy a dog, don't complain when it barks.

@lefty27 No one is talking Dougie and giving solutions to our failing formation...

He tried to take 3-4-3 to inter Milan after it working at ajax and was sacked after two months... All I'm saying is I'd question his character if he continues to do this blindly (do the same things and get the same results)

anyway watch this space

3 games in that's all, 3 games in and we want to change the manager again. How are we going to progress whilst we rotate the manager every year.

Things will change with a couple of signings and players back from injury. Lets show a bit of patience and see what happens once the transfer window closes and we get the international break out of the way.
