Looks like Leicester want offer Gray plus £10million for Andros (mirror)!

Not sure of my opinion on this but would be interested to hear others?

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Do it. Cash and a hungry and talented player. Could be good football and business wise in a few years time.

I am surprised. But it's the mirror sport.

No brainer surely, gray is a cracking player, him and wilf would be awesome. Townsend has never really looked like he's enjoyed it here tbh. I only want players who want to play for the shirt.

If this has any truth in it then I would drive Townsend to Leicester myself in exchange for Gray plus 10m!

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

I agree. Could even be that Gray has the makings of a wingback? (Dont know enough about how he plays to be sure about that)

This is the piece in question

My Leicester supporting mate 'treated' me to a trip to LCFC v MUFC last season. Leicester were s***e, and everyone around us including my friend were saying FFS bring Gray on. They did, and his ability was evident, albeit compared to the dross that had gone before. Frankly I can't understand why Leicester want to unload him.

Seems that Gray is very good defensively as well as fluent as an attacker, but probs too light and small to make a RWB?

I think this would be perfect for all sides Gray wants first team football. Andros does not seem an Fdb favorite he was on bench v huddersfield plus money towards a backup striker. I think that a similar deal will happen with Newcastle for Hennessy with woodman coming to us. That may give us enough money for zoet and Perez

Unfortunately I'd have to say yes to this. I quite like Townsend, and I suspect he's a harder working player than Gray, however -

1) Gray is far more likely to unlock a defense than Townsend, who in his defense is currently our best attacking threat,
2) If and when Wilf goes, we have a younger player of comparable talent and flair to step in and become the main attacking outlet of the team. That said a front 3 of Gray/Benteke/Wilf would be awesome while it lasts, if we can get Benteke firing again.
