For those that are interested It starts tonight with last years Super bowl Champions hosting the Kansas City Chiefs.It's probably the only American sport I take an interest in (apart from being a big money spinner for me) so who are you going for. My pick this year has to be the Oakland Raiders.... Pro USA & Israel

i like nfl but am worried about the hits and cte the players suffer... a big problem in the nfl. hope the people regulating it try to increase the safety for the players. i like nfl but am worried about the hits and cte the players suffer... a big problem in the nfl. hope the people regulating it try to increase the safety for the players.

There are new helmets available this season, but not all the players are wearing them and I don't know how long it will take to be able to evaluate if they're helping.

Best news about last night's game is that now we don't have to listen to pundits blathering on about the Patriots' perfect season.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

If you think about it, there are 50 states but only 32 NFL teams, and some states have more than one. So there are vast swaths of the country without a local professional team but all have a college team of some description. The college season is shorter so every home game is like a cup final.
