Has done a tremendous job at Northern Ireland , with the qualities at his disposal. He's a young up and coming manager. Maybe he may not of left. His the sort of coach I'd rather than another short fix.

Because Roy is an obvious fit and most importantly he's available!! Reminds me of when we were desperate when steve Bruce left and we got Trevor Francis!!
