Where are you going on Holiday? It may be worth getting it done there.

Local should have emergency slots every day. Alternatively, there will no doubt be a private one you could go to. It will be more expensive for sure but will at least treat it prior to holiday. Or just go to a and e and they might do it there!

How long you been on antibiotics for? Sounds to me like it's the infection that's causing the pain and you might not necessarily need an extraction. If so, just go to doctors or a and e and get heavier pain killers while you wait for antibiotics to work on infection

Jamiemartin has a hammer. If that goes wrong he has a patio to hide the damage. Good luck. (Sorry for pain through laughter)

You may have a hole inside the tooth which is where the infection is. The antibiotics will not cure it. This happened to me I had to have the tooth extracted first at Orpington hospital the antibiotics then cleared up the remaining infection. Good luck I don't envy you

Kings college is excellent. Just trundle along, bring a book and spend a few hours at the waiting room. They did a brilliant job on a tooth that the dentists at Upper Norwood couldnt handle.
