Kick it Out wants Lukaku chant banned

So there's a song about Lukaku that references his big dick and KIO want it banned as it promotes 'racist stereotypes'. Is it racist even if he has a huge dick? It's not the only reference to certain players with certain size dicks:

I think in circumstances like this it's not unreasonable for the FA to ask him to Tweet a snap of his member next to something like a coke can for comparison. If it's small or medium then the songs ought to stop immediately. In the meantime, songs about PTJ having a big one would be fine. Thanks.
