I’m trying to stay as positive as possible. You can repeat the same things about how we’ve been unlucky, we’re improving, etc and all have some substance. However, the most important thing is that it’s very early too call anything. I agree that it’s going to be another relegation scrap but there are still 30 games to go if you accept defeats for the next 2. The thing that’s concerning me is being cut adrift. At the moment we’re only 4 points from 17th (& 5 from 15th) so still far too soon to be panicking, however with 4 out of 5 teams above us playing each other, it starts to look worrying. If we’re only 6 points away after Chelsea then I for one will continue to remain positive. We’ve been in worse situations. I think we only won 1 in our first 10 games during our first season back, so it’s still doable.

The key is to stick together. We are Crystal Palace! We support the team through thick and thin. As long as we are not too far adrift after the Chelsea game that’s where the season restarts. Roy’s got 2 games to continue assessing his players and we have the international break.

Keep the faith (although I agree it’s really difficult)

It's Red and Blue that unites us
