I thought we played well in periods but its clutching at straws really. we were clueless up front with sako working hard but then going out wide instead of in the area. Cabaye got some good balls over but no one in the box or they were over hit.
we actually strung some passes together but ran out of ideas in the final third. No running at the defence or finding space etc that was effective.
We gave away 2 soft goals which has to stop if we arent scoring as the points just go straight down the pan.

THought that if we were going to get a result aginst manure it would have been today as next time they will have pogba and zlatan if not more.

The first half against city was much much better. We were a cohesive unit with an attacking prowess. Today the players who csame forward looked to find No one who could come close to getting a shot at goal. Tells you something when we were cheering utds misses in the second half and doing the ole's at one point when we managed to string more than 3 passes together. Was little else to sing and laugh about so it brought a little light relief. Everyone coming home looked like they had the stuffing knocked out of them (fans that is) we all feel a bit beaten down and just expect a hiding every week. No one seems angry anymore. Just resigned to losing
