Well if you're referring to the post match interview Roy gave, it was a rough guess, he also said they'd need to scan before giving an actual timeline. Might only be a couple of weeks, might be more.

I fear it isn’t, and I also fear that this season is simply “ill starred”, with the key piece of evidence being the shambles on Saturday. Are we ready for the irony of throwing money in January at a stop-gap for the player we threw money at in August (and last January)? And more money to cover for Benteke.

What a pain in the arse this is. I reckon Dann and Tomkins can still do a job for us but if anything happens to either of them we're in the same fix as six months ago - lots of second-string centre backs kicking about but nobody really solid. Kelly and Delaney. A top-notch keeper coming in in the window would go some way towards keeping the defence tight during the interregnum and the armband can be given to Milivojevic. Meanwhile we can give Sakho the job of interviewing candidates for the job of taking the penalties. First question - "What does 'Odjebi' mean in Serbo-Croat?".
