I'm not sure that you can make such a judgement when we have seen very little of Tosun so far. Benteke has been responsible for a lot more than "2 bad misses". I'd like to see him get a chance from the start so we will truly know what he is capable of. He is not capable of much more than Benteke and he is only on loan so it’s in our best interests to keep playing Benteke.

Not a fan but my biggest gripe has been that he hasn't worked hard enough to play himself back into any kind of form. Last couple of games he has and contributed but it still looks like he's got a few psychological problems around goal.

Benteke's overall game has improved dramatically over the past 6 games. His Whoscored average player rating (a statistical algorithm calculated live during a game) for the last 6 games is 7.3. For context, the season rating for Salah is 7.4, Grealish 7.3, Aguero 7.2 and Wilf 7.0 His average rating for the 6 games previous to that was only 6.3 (same performance as Solanke!). We would have one heck of a player if he could only finish! Shame

Only with Wilf alongside did it turn out into a chance, which unfortunately wasn't taken. Difficult decision as we clearly need to see what he can do if we wish to purchase but also for all his faults Tekkers is contributing something now.

Benteke could do with some psychological counselling I reckon. His anxiety in front of goal is tangible. But he can fecking pay for it himself.
I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything. |

The opportunity where he tried to somehow hook the ball in, despite not being at quite the right body angle to do so, instead of taking a touch, rather sums up Benteke for me.
