Roy is a gentleman, a complete football knowledge, knows how to get the best out of a bunch of players, is respectful, insightful and a genuinely good egg on every level.

Just glad he is with us and a few alterations in January will hopefully mean he can get us playing the Hodgson way even more ...

Even with a two-goal deficit and fifteen minutes left you wouldn't have said we couldn't get a point out of that. A touch more quality and we would have done. Three months ago, 2-1 at home to Arse would have been game over; 3-1 certainly would. Tonight we were 3-1 down with 15 minutes left and a biased ref and we still gave them a distinctly squeaky bum and were one decent ball away from a 3-3 draw.

I was saying to family thee other day that we should give Roy a years extension on his contract if he wants it.

He is a brilliant premier league manager.

I didn't want Sam as he was so dodgy, good manager though.

Roy has us defending well.
Attacking at pace.
Winning at home (top teams excepted)
No complaints really.

Let's see who he can attract in January and who signs new contracts before we anoint him as saviour.
