It was meant slightly tongue-in-cheek Alan, after the OP's article had said about Roy looking to sign 6 or 7.
We never seem to sign anyone until 2 days before deadline day, so no way will it be 6 or 7.
I expect a maximum of 3 with SP lamenting afterwards about how difficult it is to get deals over the line on deadline day.
We could do with players that at least are going to compete for first team places, including 2 strikers. But what we need and what we get are sometimes different things.
