Don’t know much about him, but an affordable midfield option, if the quality is there

He plays the Cabaye role there.
Used to be a really good prospect while at Osmanlispor, he's become rather average in the latest years.
Nothing too special. African players are not renowned in the "playmaker" role. I can't remember an African player who did good in that position. You could bring up Yaya Toure, but he wasn't that much about technicality, more about force. Okocha was a long time ago and more advanced.

If RLC leaves in the summer, he could be an option as Cabaye backup.

Toure was/is a very good technical player who is also very strong. Unfortunately I think Cabaye will return to France in the summer as a free agent

I'd wager with you he doesn't.
As long as Crystal Palace extends his contract at the same or higher level,he'll stay in England.

It was talk about leaving last season when he had problems with playing time. This season he has been an undisputed starter.
Small clubs in France don't pay salaries like in the PL. PSG and Monaco don't want 32 year old Cabaye. Only option for a similar salary would remain Marseille.

I think he will go back as there are personal reasons. Wouldn't mind betting ends up as player/coach at Lille (where he started his career and his dad worked for the club)

We had a very good song for him. To the tune of Whitney Houston - I will always love you

N'Diaye Will Always Love You

Has he not got some investment in American Soccer, it could be that he ends up over there!

Didn’t realise they were related but yeah remember him. Reckon he was the oddest signing we ever made. Appeared out of no-where and I don’t think we (or the management) ever knew what position he was supposed to play and then seemed to disappear just as suddenly.

He has, a shareholder in the new San Diego club; which starts playing in the second tier this spring.

He was sent to Southend United on a season-long loan in the 2011–12 season. The loan was cancelled after a bust-up with a teammate, and his contract at Palace was also cancelled.

Don't think they are related but could be wrong
