I have a tivo box but heard that Virgin media are switching Tivo box for V6 box for free. Anyone know if this is true and has anyone got a V6 box and do they recommend them. Regards BE.

They are offering the switch online or over the phone. Some people they are charging delivery others not also it may renew contract for another 12 months. the real reason they are doing this is to do like sky did so they can use new encryption to stop people sharing their service called card sharing

It's just a slightly faster version of the TiVo box. Problem is, it's still a TiVo box. They've offered me the switch. I've declined.
