We must be pretty confident of bringing someone in if we are willing to loan out a first team player. Mutch would be fine as he is never going to play anyway. Can we afford to let Lee go though? We don't exactly have a lot of options in midfield with Kaikai gone and Cabaye injured. This would leave only Rakip as cover?

Well - he was in the squad 25 and was as much an option as Lee as he played some games and was on the bench a few times. My point was if Kaikai has gone, Mutch is not to be considered and Lee is going we are getting short on possible midfield cover, whatever you think of their abilities.

Mutch is only there to keep the number of home grown players up and I imagine that we will still need him for this. Chungy is much more likely.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |
