I'm not going to debate what most can accept are Churchill's ill deeds but this is intentionally provocative and would never see a non-British establishment targeted, (except of course Jewish delis which have faced student boycotts in the recent past) so the protest itself is racially aggravated criminal damage. Churchill again! Oddly enough Churchill was a self-serving racist but the reason you can say that in the UK is due to Churchill beating fascism in WW2. I would have had a brandy and cigar with him.
