Six pointer games will help us

I just checked everyone's fixtures and there seem to be more games this year between the relegation rivals (i.e the old saying 'the six pointer) towards the end of the season (maybe its because there are more teams involved this year) - but i think it will help keep the points required this year to around 35 or 36 points because every time i work out each teams best points total, i realise i'm writing off one of the other relegation teams chances!! so if it goes the other way, the other team will be worse off. If you do the maths, 36 points could be enough because as i said two relegation teams cannot win the same match

Looking at the remaining fixtures, there are 30 games which can reasonably be classed as relegation 6 pointers.

If you come to a fork in the road, take it.

Our next 6 matches include games against Tottenham,Man Utd,Chelsea and Liverpool.

Really cannot see too many points from those games. We really needed to win today against a less than impressive Newcastle team.Hodgson had a look today of a man who is starting to believe that we won't survive.I'm afraid I'm of his mindset.

I think it will be lower than that could be as low as 33. So many teams are on very similar points producing more 6 pointers and I also think WBA will come to us in last game needing a win to stay up

Survive
We will beat either Utd or Chelsea and win 4 of our last 6 games that would be enough

We also have Everton, Huddersfield, Bournemouth, Brighton, Watford, Leicester, Stoke and WBA. All of which are eminently winnable. If we win half of them we shall be on 38 points.

Don't worry Willo. Every little thing gonna be all right.

I really don't share your confidence about these "Winnable" games.

For starters Everton next week will be very tough and I cannot see us getting any points at all.
They have only lost 1 of their last 8 PL games at Home.

Neither can I, but if we are still outside the relegation zone after the next six games I will be reasonably confident.

His post match comments were disappointed but not distraught, and he has got us to a far better place now than where we were after 7 games.

I think we should have won that, but we got a point. Last season that would have been a loss, excepting that one spell of games with Sahko in the team.

Last, we’re in a far better position than WBA, Swansea (who just lost two first teamers), Huddersfield, Stoke, and Newcastle.

One is Bony who has only been a sub in recent games.

Ignore this negativity troll. Every season he gets a kick out of finding anything to latch onto by way of evidence that we're doomed and then won't stop banging on about it.

Sometimes you have a game like today and sometimes you have a game like that Watford one before Christmas. Swings and roundabouts.

Stoke's win the other day looks like a flash in the pan. West Brom have more to do than the other teams and have deluded themselves into thinking that Sturridge is their deus ex machina: their manager is still Pardew. Huddersfield look absolute poo now. Toon were lucky to get away with a point today and they won't do that every week. Swansea do seem to have turned it around for now.

I would urge those to ignore the ridiculous allegations of "Troll".

I have looked at the next 6 games - Everton,Tottenham,Man Utd,Chelsea,Huddersfield,Liverpool. In all honesty how many points will we get ?

Looking at the 'Big Picture' I am seriously concerned about our chances and speaking to some at the game today I am far far being alone.

Some on HOL express a more positive message but all I am doing is stating how I feel.
