I sadly missed the game today. How did this young lad play? What position did he play? I know nothing about him...

Thought he did really well, certainly no reason he shouldn't get more games. Didn't have any opportunity to get forward and looked less eratic than TFM when he's played the position.

Ran around a bit like a puppy at times but played as well as anyone else and given it was Spurs he did ok. Gave the ball away a few times (but so did everyone else) but doggedly stuck to his task. If he got a run in the team I think he would do ok, just needs game time.

I know nothing about him... he was in at right back , had a decent enough game , looked a bit off the pace at times but for a first prem start done his job, watched the whole game , i am absolutely gutted for roy and the team , kept spurs at bay for 88 mins and comfortably , ref was totaly bias but thats nothing new, wayne had a great game , cant fault any of our players all gave 100 percent and a so called 200 million pound player look very overrated .well done lads should be proud of yourselves.

Another one who's been pressed into a debut and turned out not to be at all out of place. I thought Spurs would give him a proper roasing down that side and he didn't exactly snuff them out but was definitely capable. Didn't have as much time to get forward as van Aanholt did and did show some inexperience especially at the outset but I wouldn't be worried if we need to use him. Lee on the other hand I don't want to see again. One touch to give them the ball for their goal and otherwise did nothing. Totally useless.

Did well but if he cleared the ball from the goal line instead of leaving it to run out for the corner ? But done ok

He did well I thought. I was watching him in the first half from the Arthur and he kept good positional sense all half. Townsend filled in when he went ball chasing. Macca protected him. Several good interceptions. Promising Parrot

Grew into the game. Didn't look out of place. Would have no concerns if picked again and think would get better and better the more he played. Just hope we get to see him again.

Would play him again...and again. A bit confused the first ten minutes, then grew into the game. A lot quicker than Ward and yes, certainly one for the future..and presence as well. Well done, lad!

I disagree. They totally deserved the win. Hennessey was MOTM, saved a lot. They created plenty in the second half. First half was more balanced, but if that had not been offside it would have been a penalty and 1-0 since 30th minute- Game Over.
