I know here is already a thread on season tickets but the issue of prices doesn't appear to arise.

I have just bought my ticket for 2018-19, early as I always do, to take advantage of any discount.

My 18-19 concessionary ticket in the Arthur Wait has cost me £315, compared with £211 for 17-18.

Even allowing for the fact that last year my seat had to be moved due to disabled seating expansion and I probably got a favourable price, this seems a massive rise, especially as we might well be playing in Division 2 (hope not but not looking good at the moment).

OK, it's still an attractive sum for a season at Selhurst but in all the years I have bought a season ticket, I have never had to pay about 50% more on the previous season.

What have other members found out for next season's tariffs?

Think mine has 'only' gone up about £25 so perhaps your big discount for moving last time is making this rise feel so high this year.

In the grand scheme of things a £25 rise after the price being frozen for last couple of seasons isn't too bad and we're still one of the cheaper Premier League clubs.

But you do wonder sometimes who is in charge of the clubs PR.

Driving to the game today early on a Sunday, hungover and tired. None of the usual feelings of excitement, more a chore at this point. The entire car ride the family bemoaning the injury list, the lack of a good January transfer window, Sakho refusing to play, Benteke playing but refusing to play in his own way, Parish/board gross negligence and arrogance.

Then we check our emails and find prices have gone up.

There have been some highs in the last few months that would have been a more appropriate time to release this information. And this isn't to do with possibly being in the Championship.

We could well be relegated but I'd say even if we were in the relegation zone after these horrendous fixtures but we get Wilf back and maybe a few points after Chelsea then at least there will be a positive feeling of wanting to go to Palace matches. That's probably a better time to release them.

Thanks for your views, "Leejan". Regarding your comment (bold) that the discount for my forced seating change made the enormous rise so shocking is not applicable. Paid £234 for my 16-17 season ticket so my inconvenience payment on a sum of £211 was a piffling £23.

I will be writing to the chairman about this matter and a fat lot of good that will probably do!!

Oh that doesn't make much sense then. Almost seems an error to shoot up that much. Even by Premier League standards.

Mine will be an extra £20 in the Arthur. I don't really mind as I can't remember the last rise. I do feel a bit sore about it right at this moment though as I missed Sunday thanks to it being moved at short notice and I missed Arsenal too as I had booked to go away before it was moved. Missed City as well but that washout of choice.

A bit contradictory I know but for me a 4% rise after freezing them for a few years is fair. After all we all want players, better infrastructure etc.

the dignified don't even enter in the game

Believe it or not there is no law against people actually writing by hand these days.

Jamesey, I haven't had any notification yet as regards my renewal price for the Main Stand. I am anticipating a substantial price hike.

Looks as if mine is going to be £480 for the lower holmesdale - trouble being I don’t know if I or my friends around me are going to be moved out of our seats and if so will we have seats together and whereabouts? Will we have to stand throughout the season if as rumoured the fanatics are moving to block e? Plus no explanation as to early bird price if we don’t pay or know more by the time prices go up? Good old Palace (Not!)

You're lucky to be able to renew your ST Jamesey, I & a few thousand others are being left in limbo due to the Email received on Sat regarding LH Holders NOT being able to renew their tickets.

NO details from the club, NO info forthcoming from the Box Office, Phil Alexander upon being asked by the Supporters Trust about the 'rumoured' move of the HF to Block E.....'Its under revue'

Im in Block H & still have no idea whats going to happen & do we still qualify for 'Early' discount?

My season ticket has gone up from £462 to £616 in the Stephenson lounge. I have a restricted view where a post blocks out half the goal at the Whitehorse end.
Can’t see how it could go up that much, considering my brother Is a few rows in front with an unrestricted view and his renewal is £685.
Can’t really justify paying that much when I don’t have that great a view and can’t get to every game with work commitments.

Really bad that Palace did not spell out the season ticket increases - leaving us to work them out for ourselves. Atrocious PR.
Also, has anyone managed to renew online?
I used the email link to go to the box office and logged in. Under season tickets the only choice appears to be More Info which just takes you round in a circle. I can't see anywhere to make the purchase.
Anyone else found this? Or am I missing something?
