Seeing as Liverpool are now in the CL QF, when will we find out if our fixture is moved and when will it be moved to?

As far as i'm aware, if Chelsea lose tonight, it won't get moved. The only way it will get moved is if Chelsea win tonight, and then get drawn to play the first leg of their quarter finals on the Tuesday, as this is the Tuesday after our game against Liverpool. If that does happen, i believe Chelsea vs Tottenham will be moved to the Saturday lunchtime kick off and we will be moved to the Sunday 4pm game.
