Can't make up my mind whether a Zaha / Townsend attack like yesterday will do them for pace or whether weed will be too organised and deep for them to break them down. Think Wan-Bissaka needs a rest, but doesn't deserve to be dropped beyond that. Hennessey Or Benteke if fit in front of those two rather than Loftus-Cheek behind? If he were fit Soerloth would be useful here but guess what. Whatever case Hodgson will need to be willing to use his subs for this one. Quite likely that we will need to try different approaches to their box.

If Benteke is fit then I would still start with the same 11 as Bournemouth then have Benteke for a plan B if we need to go direct. My main worry with Brighton is corners, Duffy wins so many headers from corners that I wouldn't be surprised if Roy starts benteke just to counter that. Originally posted by chateauferret

Davy Propper is a massive loss for Brighton, He has started every game for them this season, That can only be a big positive for us.

I'd stick with Andros and Wilf up front...Dunk and Duffy are both carthorses who have a reckless tackle in them. They'll be s***ting themselves about having to deal with their movement....whereas marking a player who has the stature and mobility of a telegraph pole will be a welcome relief. Stick with the same line up....BUT...be prepared to change it if we need to chase the game.

Doesn't matter what we go with ,Brighton are a poor side and we really should win this one . Might be a good chance to blood some of the U23's ,sod it lets just play the ladies .
