Apart from the first 20 mins (when he hardly touched the ball)I thought he had a better game today and looked sharper.

Yep. Took players on in the 2nd half and his balls in right footed are far more dangerous than left footers when he’s looking at the ball and not the target area or player.

With the way the team played today he can create his own destiny. Today was his best game this season and if they all keep performing we really could be in Europe next year.

I wouldn’t go that far but I’m fed up of us being set up so that Zaha can beat one man 3 times before his junior strength left footed effort at an assist is scooped up by 3-4 waiting defenders, all for the Zaha show. The problem is that when Andros played on the left he couldn’t find form and whinged to Pardew to go to the right.

They could swap though.

There is trouble at mill lads. Wilf in the warm up was moaning at every player. In the first half today one of their players had to pull Wilf away from Luka after another confrontation when they had a free kick just outside the area. In fact he was so wound up, we all thought that he was going to get himself sent off in the first half.

Love Wilf and will miss him dearly when he leaves but he needs to go now. Hopefully PSG will make an offer.

Luka pulled a Villa shirt in an extremely stupid and ridiculous position didn't he, Zaha was well right to have a go at him, he gave away a very stupid pen didn't he at Man.U, Luka fails to learn.

Couldn't believe it in the 2nd half when he was just walking back from the bye-line while we were still attacking, so when Ward tried to play the ball to him he was still offside and couldn't go for it. So lazy. It's not just about him and he needs to learn that.

It’s great to be going well, and there’s nothing like winning. But can we afford the prize? We barely seem to be able to support premiership football, and a squad big enough for a Europe, campaign , that didn’t interfere with league performances would take some real dough. At the minute it might be better if we let Wilf, play in Europe, somewhere else. While we see if we can get a sugar daddy. For a future crack at the big time.
