I have decided to wait till 29th April (deadline date) before committing to another season of paying by monthly direct debit. A couple of weeks ago I received a survey monkey from CPFC asking me if I intended to renew. As it was only a survey, I decided to answer in the affirmative as I didnt see a survey could be construed as a final commitment given the deadline date is 29th April. Today I received an email confirming my DD schedule for 2018/2019 even though I have not confirmed one way or the other. I still intend to decide nearer the 29th and believe (maybe wrongly) that the club cant force me to sign up to this payment schedule on the back of a survey monkey. Smacks of sharp practice to me - can anybody throw any light on this? Thanks

Sharp practice indeed! My season ticket went up 58%, yes, Fifty eight per cent, for next season, i think they might have a new jobsworth in the box office trying to make a name for himself by getting in extra revenue and finding ways to do it! Needless to say, and with a heavy heart, i"ve decided to just get a membership next year and go to a chosen few games, shame, but i think 58% rise is taking the pizz, where does it stop if you don"t make a stand?

I had the same. I phoned up to renew and they said i'd already renewed! When they looked into it, the BOX Office said i'd signed up to the auto-renewal scheme when I bought my ticket last year. I don't remember doing this so this is what maybe has happened to you?

I've seen you post about this a few times. You're the only person talking about such an increase. What's the reason for this?

Maybe it's a child/concession to Adult ticket, which has caused this person's increase?
