OLDHAM.....?

exactly, Oldham was one team winning their remaining games, not that big a deal in reality. For us to be now relegated the permutation for it to happen is beyond unlikely, too many teams have to have too many specific results for it to happen

the dignified don't even enter in the game

I think we'd all like that but realistically the highest we can finish is 10th, unless anyone else does what we did to Leicester and they lose their other two games as well.

Yes but we can also switch off, a la Watford, Leicester etc, and drop back down to 16th/17th.

History could show us as a mid-table team, rather than one that escaped relegation. More money, more enticing image for summer targets.

Do you still know Stoke and could you recommend somewhere for a curry after the match? All the ones I found online don't open until 5 which is a bit late.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Exactly, finishing 10th-12th could make a big difference come summer to everyones' outlooks, both players we have and players we want.

In effect, we're playing for next seasons success now.

After a long season it's going to presumably be harder for our players to want the win as much as Stoke. But let's see. If they play with the confidence that had them dismantle Leicester then anything is possible.
