What would you like to see happen within your borough? What have you made of your council to date since last local elections? U=In the grand scheme of things, I'm personally hoping for a crashing series of losses for The Conservatives although quite where the threat of a serious, capable opposition is still eludes me.

Based on local issues: * anyone who gets rid of the new blanket 20mph rubbish. * anyone who sorts out some of the idiotic planning decisions. * anyone who does not sell local assets. * anyone who re-opens the Fairfield Halls.

Vote Ranil Perrera. Local bloke, very thorough, good ethics and I have known him for 20 years. Not a classic politico.

It's hard to complain about the local councils when they have had their budgets cut so drastically.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

I'm in a quandary as I've been a one party voter for most of my life but I don't like the local candidate so I may take the easy way out and abstain

Anyone who actively runs for public office is, ipso facto, totally unfit to hold such a position.
