Criminals can make a fortune and with minimal risk. For sure many of these gangs are now foreign but the route cause is opportunity. It's easier and more profitable than stealing.

Its the demand which is the problem. take away the demand take away the problem. Caught with any amount of Coke, 5 year in jail, caught dealing 15 years. Dob in a dealer and once found guilty get £10000. Why are the government so scared of being tough?

We haven't got enough rooms in Her Majesties Hotels to accommodate all the druggies but I do like your idea of grassing up dealers for a reward
