there's plenty of what you're after but don't be too much of a pleb, i went with a guy from plymouth who was no culture vulture, trust me, but he was blown away by the beauty of the place - the golden mile - wenceslas square, the old town square, charles bridge and the castle are unique, but try and go inside st nicholas church in mala strana, near the castle on the 'other side' of the river once you cross charles bridge, once you've heightened your senses you can expend your passions more viscerally, but if you're in that arena you'll get the same gangsterism you'll find anywhere, and avoid taxis, and their recommendations, or you're likely to end up with a big dent in your credit card and a strange loss of memory - i'm half czech btw. i recommend the black lager - my favourite drink, or half and half with normal pale lager. too much and you'll get brewer's droop of course.
