Liverpool got him for 6 million so I doubt they'd sell for less than 10-15 million. Sure, you could take him on lian for a yeat, but if you won't buy him at the end of it, better not make the loan.

10-15 million would be a lot for a central midfielder. But it's also true that he's really young, just 22 years old. Really tall and well built, maybe not that fitting next to Milivojevic, who is exactly the same type. A shorter, faster central midfielder would complement him better.

If we played him regularly he would only be able to play half a game in four as he would be off and suspended for the rest

I personally think he’d be a great young signing.

Disagree with Mattteo when he says he’s the same type of player as Luka. Grujic has the ability to be a lot more attacking and intricate in the final 3rd, on top of his good physical presence. He’s more box to box than Luka is.

That, plus the Serbian link could mean we have a formidable pairing in central midfield for years to come.

Excites me a whole lot more than Kouyate.

Edit - Just realised the article is speaking of a loan deal. Not the same prospect if that’s the case.
