Referees continue to be biased in favour of the big teams.
Liverpool are good and will push City all the way.
Palace were unlucky and will finish in the top half.
Salam reminds me of Tom Daley.
B Wissaka will get many Full England caps.

Benteke needs to hold the ball up better for a player of his size and stature.
Luka can take a mean free kick but his corners need to be a little flatter and driven
Meyer looked very small in midfield and could be bossed physically in this league
Benteke needs to put on Andros’ shooting boots
Ayew could’ve caused Liverpool problems last night and I was surprised that it was Sorloth who was given the run. Hodgson take note.

Agree that Ayew would have been a better replacement for Benteke last night as he would have presented a different problem for Liverpool.
I felt Roy was trying to be fair to Sorloth in bringing him on as he has been at the club longer than Ayew and perhaps deserved an opportunity.But that meant the pattern of the game was similar to when Benteke was on.
I agree that Meyer does look slight and am not sure he will be one of the two central midfield players but will instead feature in one of the slightly wider midfield positions.

This all day long. Enough is enough...we can cling on the fact that his goals the season before last kept us up. We need to drop him and play anyone else (and I include Guita or Jules in that !!). He is so s***e it's frightening...no awareness or anticipation and no pace even if he had...looked like a fish out of water...his time is up surely after last night...total s***show of a performance.

Roy is quite scary when he's angry. Wouldn't want to be the ref after that game, the way roy quite rightly was. I said on the match thread about five minutes Sorloth came on that I would bring on Ayew but Roy either doesn't think he's quite ready for whatever reason or had a plan with Sorloth. Meyer looked decent enough in his short display, think given more game time under better circumstances he'll be one hell of a player for us

Meyer is 1cm shorter than Cabaye,and 4kg lighter.Or to put it another way Meyer is 2cm shorter and 4kg lighter than Salah.We shall see.

1. Luck still determines close games, it wasn't with us last night.
2. Liverpool are class, but we matched them.
3. Can't wait for Ayew and Meyer to be match fit, then we have different options.
4. Don't mess with Hodgson - that press conference, he was scary.
5. Wan-Bissaka is going to be one hell of a player.

1. Milner 'fouled' Wilf but it wasn't given. Ref Bias.
2. PVA 'fouled' TTA whilst Wilf was away down the left but it was given. Ref Bias.
3. Salah 'penalty' given but was an obvious dive. Ref Bias.
4. AWB 'red' could have been a yellow as Salah clearly lost control of the ball.Ref Bias.
5. Meyer wiped out by VVD 'penalty' could have been given. Ref Bias.

Oh bugger, thats just 1 thing!
