Really, really not sure about this. If he reproduced some of the form when playing AGAINST us, then fine, but we've seen only one or two 'moments'. I sure hope I and many others are proved wrong.

This made me laugh

"Crystal Palace's interest in Alfredo Morelos appears to be over after they signed Jordan Ayew.

The Eagles had reportedly been keen on El Buffalo but now look to have sorted their striker plans after signing Ayew on a permanent transfer."

You'd imagine so. Would be very surprised if we didn't make a couple of half decent signings. Just wish we could get our business done early for once to give the squad time to gel, especially considering our horrible start.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold...

He's a squad player that can cover a number of positions, albeit none of them very well. Not much more can be said.

He gets too much stick. He runs his socks off which is more than Benteke does. He can cover wide positions too and I expect this was a relatively cheap deal so it's a no brainer.

I thought he showed some class in certain games last season. Arsenal away I thought he was exceptional when he came on, helped see us over the line. Great squad player I think.

Totally agree with an earlier Post.. underwhelmed by this...let’s hope there’ll be some signings that get us a tad excited....

Do you know what his wage is, in this contract? For £2.5m is a no brainer, as he was here last season and obviously fits in.

So what if he's a sh1t striker? Great fun at the training ground, popular guy and gets the beers in. Sign him up!

For between £2m - £4m i really dont think you can grumble.
I thought he had some really good games last year and runs his socks off.. Think about what £2m gets you these days.
Also, anyone who cries when they score for us gets my vote on passion alone.
If it had been £8m or above id have seriously questioned it and criticised the recruitment team but for reportedly £2.5m, thats good business.

No, let’s go mental now before they (hopefully) come in.
