Apparently we are after Unai Nunez who is a centre back. That's the second centre back we have been linked with this week with Carl Jenkinson being the other. Why are we not taking the striker situation more serious?? We have Sakho, Tomkins, Dann and Kelly who can play at the back! Spend the cash on a centre forward Mr Parish!

According to the Sun we will sign Cahill on loan and then loan Dann to Fulham who are also after Cahill but if we beat them to it will settle for Dann. I think I will take a tablet and go lie down. I don't see that we need Cahill and I would not loan Dann out. Edited by Badger11 (27 Jan 2019 9.28am)

I would keep Dann every day of the week over Cahill - overrated beyond belief.

The Cahill/Dan rumour has to be a joke. If not it will rank just behind selling Murray in terms of shooting ourselves in the foot.

The Cahill Dann swap does not make sense. The Nunez rumour does, building for the future a twenty year old Brazilian GK and a quality 21 year old CB. Maybe a good time to get rid of Sakho who is on a high wage and has an average season, perhaps one more season in him
