So the first public event (other than required testing of safety systems)could still be an Easter Egg Hunt? Does relegation apply to clubs that do not perform in the provision of a stadium? Were Spurs to be relegated to the Millennium Stadium for all their 2019/2020 home games the world would see the extent of their true support.
