I had to start a thread to acknowledge this tribute today to 10 US air crew who perished in 1944 in Sheffield. Anyone watching on BBC1 this morning? Some excellent coverage. The flypast itself is at 8.45. Thanks.

Just watched it awesome, pity Charlie Stayt has to take centre stage, also so many people who are there this early in morning.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |
